Donations & Programs

Life Foundation is fortunate to have the support of our wonderful community. You can do your part to help the community. Listed below are ways you can help. Whether volunteering, participating in a fundraising event, or making a donation, your support is greatly appreciated.

Founders Scholarship Fund
The Founders Educational Grant was created in 2010 in honor of Drs. Sid and Nell Williams for their lifelong dedication to the chiropractic profession.  Driven by a passion to reach out to chiropractic students and help them reach their full potential, Life Foundation’s goal is to identify and invest in future chiropractic leaders. The Founders Grant will be presented to qualified applicants pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a regionally accredited chiropractic college.  Since most chiropractic students are non-traditional, the Founders Grant is intended to assist DC students with ancillary expenses such as books, technological equipment, housing, transportation, and other appropriate educational expenses. Awards will be in the amount of $1000 per recipient based on availability of funds. Funding for this program is based solely on monetary donations. Students may request the scholarship guidelines, procedures, and application via e-mail at info@lifefoundationsonline.org.

Lasting Purpose Scholarship Fund
Lasting Purpose is Loving For The Sake of Loving, Giving For The Sake of Giving, and Serving For The Sake Of Serving. In honor of the Drs. Williams philosophy of Lasting Purpose, this grant is made available to all college students who exude the Lasting Purpose philosophy in their life. Awards will be in the amount of $1000 per recipient based on availability of funds. Funding for this program is based solely on monetary donations. Students may request the scholarship guidelines, procedures, and application via e-mail at info@lifefoundationsonline.org.

Grant Selection Criteria
Award recipients for both scholarships must demonstrate their leadership qualities, community service, and financial need as well as meet the criteria requested in the application.

Coats & Care For College Students

Many college students are without funding for a winter coat, business attire, or essentials such as computer supplies, shoes, or food. This program provides college students the opportunity to obtain these necessities free of charge or at a discounted rate based on individual financial need. Funding for this program is based entirely on individual donations, cash donations, and donations from our generous corporate sponsors.

Bibles, Books, And Bundles

College students are always in need of basic fundamental supplies such as food, office and computer supplies, etc. Bundles are given to college students at no charge. Each bundle contains a bible, a book (success principles/guidance, self help, English literature, inspirational) and a variety of supplies and sample products. The supplies and book will vary pending donations received, however, a bible is always included.

Designated Giving

Monetary donations of any amount will be accepted to further accomplish our mission. Below is a suggested guideline:

Bibles, Books, and Bundles: For a donation of just $5 you can provide a bible, a book, and a bundle of free gifts to a college student.

Scholarships: A donation of $1000 will facilitate one educational grant.

Coats and Care: Donations of any amount will help ensure that college students are provided essentials for living.
